On a preliminary application, a complaint may be dismissed if the respondents show that a complainant has no reasonable prospect of being able to establish such a nexus: see Schnurr v. Douglas College and Greathouse, 2007 BCHRT 40, paras. 22-23, upheld on judicial review in oral reasons for judgment, February 1, 2008.
