Is there a presumption in favour of individual listing of all of the documents in a personal injury action?

Alberta, Canada

The following excerpt is from Dorchak v. Krupka, 1997 ABCA 89 (CanLII):

This Court recently refused to order such individual listing of producible documents, in a large suit, in Banque Nationale v. Cdn. Eng. & Surveys, supra. It doubted that there was even a presumption in favour of listing documents individually.
