Can an agreement regarding boundary lines be voidable where the agreement was signed under the influence of mistake?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Spraggs v. Coldstream Court Resort (1966) Ltd., 2006 BCSC 37 (CanLII):

In Hayes v. Butler (1982), 40 Nfld. & P.E.I.R. 43 (Nfld. Dist. Ct.), the court held that a contractual agreement regarding boundary lines “signed under the influence of a mistake is voidable” where the relative positions of the parties remain unchanged and no innocent third party would be prejudiced by correction of the mistake.
