In Abdoh v. Owners of Strata Plan KAS 2003, 2013 BCSC 817, Meiklem J. was of the same view as Leask J. with respect to the construction of s. 69. At para. 44 he stated as follows: 44 Sub-section 69(1)(b) of the Act is cited in respect of the easement argument, but I would not interpret that subsection as authorizing any individual owner to install a cooling system or part of a cooling system in common property or another strata lot.
