62 The awarding of costs is clearly a matter for the discretion of the court. Accordingly, where, as here, the issue concerns the exercise of the discretion of the master and subsequently the judge, an appellate court ought to intervene only if the master or judge has acted on the basis of a wrong legal principle or the decision is so wrong as to amount to an injustice.
