6. While there were some “we said, they said” exchanges between the parties in submissions, there were no conflicts in the evidence requiring cross-examination. As the court noted at paragraph 35 in Yas v. Pope, 2018 BCSC 282, issues of credibility are routinely addressed on written records by a host of administrative boards, tribunals and commissions across multiple disciplines and areas of legal authority in British Columbia.
