Is a lawyer’s trust account held by the bankrupt divisible among his creditors?

Saskatchewan, Canada

The following excerpt is from Charles v Becerra, 2012 SKQB 27 (CanLII):

Insofar as the respondent argues that the sale proceeds held in the lawyer’s trust account is property held by the bankrupt in trust for any other person and therefore not property of the bankrupt divisible among his creditors, I have noted that para. 47 in Bellamy v. Hill, supra seems to reject that characterization.
