Alexsei is looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales to handle every stage of the sales process with law firms and organizations across Canada and the United States. This is a remote position for the most part, but traveling to law firms and building relationships with lawyers is a crucial part of the role.


The candidate should have experience with some or all of the following:

  • Creating detailed strategies to sell to large organizations, and executing on them
  • Cold and warm outreach to targeted lists of prospects
  • Networking at conferences and on LinkedIn
  • Mapping out organizational structures and identifying decision-makers
  • Creating both top-down and bottom-up demand within enterprise accounts
  • Managing the various stages of the sales cycle including outreach, discovery, product demos, objection handling, pricing discussions, closing deals, and managing the customer relationship thereafter
  • Evangelizing the use of technology and A.I. within large organizations
  • Finding creative ways to create value for prospects outside of the sales process

Job requirements

The successful candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in legaltech sales or working with legal organizations and law firms. Pre-existing relationships with lawyers at large firms are not mandatory but are substantially important. Compensation will be composed of a competitive base salary plus commission.
